When you walk in the door, do you feel as if you're walking in a mine field, and that you have to tiptoe around boxes, or just plain junk? You cannot clean because of the clutter, so you just add more. It might be time for you to remove the clutter, and enjoy a tidy home.
STEPS:

Bring home three big boxes from your grocery store.
Mark each box with permanent marker: one 'Keep', one 'Sell', and one
'Charity'. Also get a large, lined garbage can into which you can throw
things that you don't want to keep, sell, or donate.

ALSO get large thick heavy trash bags 10 at least YOU will need Contractor type 50 gal size.

DONT try and do everything in one hour pace your self remember it took months for YOU to clutter up your home or apt.
Of course half the junk goes in trash bags n out on trash day.

Make three piles on the floor, to match each of the marked boxes. Later you probably will change some of the items in each box, or move them to another box, but that's for later.
Thats about all just do one room at time if you have trashed more than one room.
Get storge boxes that stack so you keep your things in tidy places.
Then YOU will look like this lady in pic below breathing again.
